A Japanese Hairstick.

After a year of preparing for PMR
I finally bought a storybook.
With my own money! Darnnn.

:(

Last Saturday I watched Madagascar 2 with Zana at KLCC. It was hilarious! Way funnier than the first one. I just couldn't stop laughing in the cinema. Every scene was sure to crack me up. Zana too. Before we watched the movie, we went from place to place with no definite purpose. Actually, the reason we went there was to meet my ex-classmate from Sri Inai. It has been 6 years. We reached there early so we wandered. You know me, right? Ahah.

I didn't buy anything BIG. Just spent my money on a Japanese hairstick, a pizza for lunch, a TGV movie ticket, and that's basically it. OH WAIT. I- I bought a book. A really great one indeed! It took me some time to find the perfect book. Zana had to take a few magazines, read em' at the Teen Chick-Lit section for me to make up my mind.

This is the book, right 'ere.

I read it half-way. Maureen Johnson excites me! She's good.

That's all,

Parsley-green Grass.

Putrajaya
A heavenly place to take heavenly shots
Precisely!

That explains it, then. I went to Putrajaya just now. What was my aim? I had stated that already, to take pictures. Abang Firdaus, Kak Ita, Faris and Fahim also went there. Abang Firdaus has a new SLR, so he wants to try it out on Malaysia's most popular spot. True. Breath-taking views and spectacular sky-crappers they have there! Wonderful. Just wonderful.

Pa and Ma had a little trouble on the road. Yes, what else if it's not for the directions. It took us some time to find Putrajaya's Mosque. We had to go back and fourth many many times to look for it. We keep ending up in the wrong route. So, we changed our plans and decided to stop in front of The Palace of Justice. Or in Malay, Istana Kehakiman. Erkk, that's not a direct translation for it, but that was what the building stated.

A carpet of parsley-green grass was lying ahead of our car. We parked the Latio by the elbow of the road and stepped out. A pleasant sight it was! Faris, Fahim and I ran along the field chasing each other and playing sapa sampai dulu dia menang, the typical infants' game. Faris also lied his body on the grass. Heck, it's very clean and well-maintained. I too, sat on the wet grass without worries. Not a single stain could be seen on my pearl-white trousers, how do ya' explain that, huh? Ahahha. Speaking of the field, the background was scenic. There was an (unknown by mua) bulding lit by numerous yellow+orange+white coloured bulbs. The lighting was nice. So so nice. Romantic as they say lah kan.

Abang Fidaus was happy to use his SLR. Oh, how I envy him! Considering the fact that he had just bought a 250 mm lens which costed nearly a grand. A 250 mm lens is already around 10 cm in length okay, imagine the pros using much longer ones. Phewh, I would give a shot, it's not everyday I get to grow mucles ya' know. LOL.

My friends (Syirin, Fieka, Meera, Syafiqah and others)
told me to get one for myself, the SLR I mean.

Whhhaaada heck mann? They think money grow on trees? Tunggu I keje McD dulu ok.

:D

Using my OWN money to fullfill my desires is more satisfying than using my parents' money.
Everyone feels the same way, yes?

*Pictures for my darlings will be uploaded very soon.

Hi5!

My trip to High 5 Breadtown, was miraculous.

I thought it would turn out dull but it was the other way around. I'm grateful. Overall, I had visited a bread factory twice. Yesterday can be considered as my second time. It was much more fun than my last trip to a bread factory, Intisari Bakers. That was six years ago, when I was in Standard 3.

At first I felt like not participating. But after having a long thought about it, I decided to take an interest in it. I figured instead of wasting my time at home/school with absurd things to do, why not have a little fun. Not to mention, I'll get a certificate. That may benefit me in the future as extra curricular activities are important in applying for scholarships.

It took an hour for us to get there. When we first got there, we were amazed by the Egyptian frieze. It was eye-catching! It looked really real and genuine. The moment we ate the provided food (meehoon yang kind-of-sedap) like a bunch of gluttons, we stepped out of the bus. Our main objective was to take copious pictures of the place.

First of, we went into the Bread Museum. We watched a multimedia show about the history of bread and where bread originated from. It was a short and enjoyable one. The Egyptians were believed to be the first ones to make bread. Wow, I didn't know that. Yep, surprisingly, I did learn a few stuff just by watching the multimedia show. It was useful information.

The entrance door was so cool that I hugged it.

Then, we toured around the museum. The building design was based on an Egyptian theme. It seemed like we were in Egypt. Even the floor was covered with sand! Cool, huh? Haha. We were not allowed to take pictures of the items and whatsoever, that sucked. The items displayed were awesomeeee. Awesome I tell you! Grr. We also got to press buttons so that the robots would move. They somehow looked scary. :D

Then, we walked along the museum and reached at the end of it. That was when we got to see the actual factory! We were trapped in a kind-of-square-shaped-glass-tunnel. Outside were people in hair nets and green-coloured uniforms working their asses off to make sure the breads 'invented' were perfect! (No, I'm making this up). The people who were working looked like robots. They seemed calm and settled not like what I had in mind. Everything was in slow motion. My friends and I couldn't think of any better idea than waving at them! And ya' wanna know what? THEY ACTUALLY WAVED BACK! Haha. Yes, a fun experience it was.

We walked and walked along the tunnel until we arrived at a mini bread store. There, I bought a couple of Swiss Rolls, (RM1 each) and a bottle of orange juice. There was also a bowl of dough for us to punch our hands in. We ended up wiping flour in each other's faces. That was when our journey ended. We sat at a cafe for several minutes and stuffed on our hotdogs. Eheh, we got a hotdog for free. Nothing to brag about, really. Ahah.

Later, it was time to go home. Everyone got a goodie bag. A loaf of bread and a few munchies were in it. The time we had to get on the bus, Rahman, Zafirah, Hazwin and I quickly took pictures. We had to rush as the bus might leave us. Haha, here are the pictures that I had taken.

Again, the flying pose. It's not easy as it looks okeh.

I asked Zafirah to point. So she did.

Hazwin took this one.
I don't really look like I was jumping, do I?

Maybe the sunlight was penetrating her pupil.
That's why she made that face I guess.
It was a sunny day ya' know.

Zafirah, Rahman and Hazwin. I took this at the very last minute.
Everyone was already on the bus, LOL.
(Ni Rahman punya idea ok, :P)

Yeah, that's all.

Kiss The Girl.

Colbie Caillat, I'm starting to like you.

Since I'm a huge Disney fan, I'm telling you this. I was watching Whose Line Is It Anyway just now. Then, there was a commercial break. I had to flick through a couple of channels to wait for the ads to end. God, they never stop. As I was doing so, I heard Colbie Caillat singing a song on MTV. It was pretty familiar. My ears were very pleased.

It was Kiss The Girl, an Original Soundtrack from Disney's Little Mermaid. When I was 5 to 8 years old, I watched Little Mermaid over and over again. It's my all-time fav Disney movie. As a result, I developed an interest in underwater-related things. I liked collecting seashells and make necklaces out of them whenever I went to the beach. I also memorized the songs from the movie. Haha. No wonder, eh?

Kiss The Girl is a calypso song, sung by Samuel E. Wright (voice of Sebastian). He's a Jamaican. Jamaicans are awesome singers, no doubt about that. Alan Menken was the one who wrote the song, he's the best composer I know, (more like the only composer I know). His songs are always good.

Thank God Coco is hear to save the day. Ashley Tisdale's version was less 'charming', however quite catchy. Now, try watching these videos and compare them yourself, they differ so much you see.

Lovable Beads.

I love beads, do you?

A few days ago I went to IKEA with my darling cousins. I bought a couple of things which I fancied a long time ago, namely IKEA PYSSLA beads, and a multipurpose-thing-a-majiger. I don't know what it's called okay. So, have a look.

Yep, that's it.

Without hesitation, I took it and bought it straight away. I didn't want to lose the golden opportunity, Ma wasn't there! If she was, my possibilities of getting this likable-object is very low. I still have no idea where to put it yet. My room is packed with many useless furniture, how?

Oh yeah, the fun part. Today, I did a witty thing. Look. :)

I had put a single bead at a time to prevent them from falling apart. Bloody hell, it was difficult! My fingers are huge compared to the beads. Imagine having to collect one by one with a gigantic thumb and a gigantic point finger. It was dreadful. But, it ended up looking okay. Haha.

(Sorry for posting such stupid things, I'm bored).

That's all.

Yummy IKEA Chalks.

Wait a second!
Today's Monday right?
OH, YEAH. I forgot.

Before I go any further, there's one more thing . .
Happy Deepavali to all Hindus throughout the world!

Hmm, I'll start with last Friday. Last Friday was a blast. (okaylah) Despite knowing that majority of my classmates were absent from school, I was not all that surprised. As Monday's a holiday, might as well skip the last day, yes? Heck, the only reason I came was to help out Puan Noorhayani. She's my art teacher who needs a hand in decorating the school's art classroom. Not only me, but Dee, Zafirah, Jaz, Syazleen, Syikin, Dila, Fifa and Dine were glad to be of help. Sadly, only 4 out of 9 turned up on Friday. There were more on the day before. To make things worse, Puan Noorhayani kept deferring the 'gotong-royong' till the end of the school period. That really miffed us off. Grr.

However, I DID have a good time though. I knew there were going to be lectures again, so I brought my pastel crayons and IKEA chalks for just-in-cases plus to entertain myself.

Delicious-looking chalks they are, indeed.

Like I said before, we were kind of mad as we had to wait, wait and WAIT. So we wandered around school to demolish our irritation. Eventually, as I expected, there WAS a case, we got bored of wandering. Therefore, my friends and I settled down near the bombastic entrance gate (which was locked, damn it). A couple of seconds after that, I took out the multicoloured chalks. With them, we vandalized the tarred school compound with chalk scribblings and doodles! We were on a frolic of our own, without a care for the world! (But, ehehehh, to be frank, I did turn around once in a while, takut cikgu ah).

Yep, that's me right there.
Smiling my way to victory.

Dee, Zafirah and Zana, the bird-wannabes.

Zana, Zana, Zana and Zana again.

Dee looks so sweet in this photo, doesn't she?

And there's Mar to pose for ya'.

Yep, that's all.

Ultra Cute.

5 days had gone by since the big day
LIKE WOWW right?

Several days after PMR, I became really restless, that I did not know what to do. My head went blank, as usual. "What ever happened to all the things I had planned?" I thought. Apart from watching television, taking showers for extra hours (singing while at it), dancing with glee- not realizing that the curtains in my room were widely open, and again watching television . . . What a boring life I have here!

Regardless, I am determined to implement all my tasks, involving my friends when the second semester break approaches. This way, it'll be easier for me to programme my programmes, LOL.

Ayah, Mak Long and Kak Ana, which happens to be my uncle, aunt and cousin respectively, are staying over my house. They wanted to shop a bit of that and a bit of this so Ma was happy to show them around. Yesterday, we went to Ampang Point. Of course, 'we' includes yours truly, correct? No one could stop me now, no one! Anyway, I crept to Popular Book Store after not having such a good time at where they were currently being. There, I hunted for mangas!

Manga hunting was a success, indeed.

With a little bit of cash Pa had given me on the second day of Raya, I exited Popular Book Store with 3 mangas in my bag. That was right after I observed and analysed the plot summaries with greatest care. Never would I buy such a manga without flicking through its pages first. Unless it's sealed of course. Plus, I got them at a very reasonable price, quite shocking too. Two of them costed RM24 and RM14 for the other one. Ultra Cute, Instant Teen and Pita-Ten were the tiles that caught my attention. I completed reading two of the mangas already, and looking forward on reading the last one, Pita-Ten. Ultra Cute was rather well, ya' know- cute, and Instant Teen was amusing. Both of them were average, nothing extraordinary.

By the way, yesterday was a horrid day. We had to go to the school hall and hear deadening lectures regarding our Form 4 streamings. Later, we had to return to our classes. Afifah and I decided to toy around school because if we were to stay in class, we would do nothing besides cleaning the class and rearranging the desks and chairs, WHICH WERE NOT EVEN OURS. How cruel is that? It's like baby-sitting, only there's no pay.

Shall I proceed?

In the slowest motion we could possibly go, we headed to 4 Waja, our temporary class for now. On our way there, we bumped into Rahman and Jazrina. Most expectedly, we chatted for a short while. We talked about movies, television shows and celebritities. This was when I saw it. Jaz was holding a blue-coloured reading material which was moderate in size that was pretty familiar to my sight! At that moment, I asked Jaz whether she could hand over the book so that I could get a better look at it. Goodness me, it was a manga! I never thought Jaz, my friend since standard 5, read mangas! Wow! Nothing to be shocked of actually, but it was really eye-popping to find a person who was a manga-maniac too. Delightful isn't it? LOL.

Yeah.

That's all.

The Stress Dance.

KOOO-NI-CHIII-WA

I am intellectively pooped. BIG TIME. Hate it what that happens. I completed a few exercises just now, and typing this stuporous post at the moment. The exercises were done right after Ma returned home from Auntie Mimi's open house with some brand new books for me to cramp my brain with. Not blaming Ma though, I asked her to do so. Since my Sejarah and ERT results are normally unstabble, or in other words, Cs or worse, I have no other choice. It's either do it or "toodles 8As".

I am actually continuing this post after returning from the toilet.

While I was in it, I kept on repeating this sentence over and over again
in different ascents, and MY OH MY, it was a lot of fun!

"Listen to me child, other people have worse cases than this, but they don't hurt anyone.
If you continue to do this, there's no other choice but to bring you downtown,"

Quote from Crime Scene Investgation.
But ada a few tokok tambah sikit ya.

First of, I tried saying the sentence in German ascent.
NAHH.

Then, I tried Indian ascent.
Nailed it!

Jamaican ascent was the next.
Not bad!

After that, Chinese ascent.
So-so lah.

Later, English ascent.
Has to be my favourite above all!

It was then, I had come to my senses and realized that I was spending 5 minutes, (perhaps more) in the toilet talking to myself. If a complete stranger happened to pass by the toilet, he must have thought I was a total nutcase! Heck, it was fun anyways. For PMR candidates batch 2009, call this PMR's side effects. Beware ya.

Speaking of tense and peer pressure, yesterday, I totally entertained myself by doing a pleasurable dance. It's called "The Stress Dance". At first I thought it was a bit silly. Later I found out that this peculiar dance was a real stress-get-away!

*For those who are interested, this is how you do it.

1. With both hands, hold your waist with moderate grip.
2. Start twisting your waist round and round like a circle. Slowly though, not too fast.
3. Maintain the speed in order to obtain peace.
4. After some time, say "stressed" as many times as possible. The more you say it, the calmer you may be.
5. Close your eyes while you're at it.

I was dancing all by myself, when I stepped into the kitchen and found Ma, there. At that point, I dragged Ma into it. She wasn't really good at it. :(

Anyways,

PMR is on the 13th of October.
Wish me luck!

7 days till PMR!
13 days till freedom!

That's all.
